Floor Plan Sheets can also be printed on a non-cardstock paper. Let us know if you prefer this for easier handling or packet stuffer. Short run ordering can help that marketing budget go a long way. Order 250 or more at a time. This will allow you to make any necessary changes for future needed floor plan sheets.

Don’t let your prospect leave without one.
This product clearly show what your property has to offer. Square Footage, Layout, Features, Amenities, city map location, current price and any given special you are authorized to give. Ask them to bring that back for contract signing. Explain that the offer can only be guaranteed for 30 days – Make them think twice about taking a long and thoughtful decision process. This will make them feel like the deal you are offering the best around and will always think how much more it will increase after the 30 day period.

Allow yourself some latitude.
Place blank lines under price $________, this allows you to dictate the price that that can be directly affected by availability and demand. Show them the distribution of your units without having to spend too much time showing every unit available. Have them give you a clear direction that defines price and size.
