Product Dimensions
Standard sizes are 11″ x 17″ tri-fold, 11″ x 8.5″ tri-fold, and 8.5″ x 14″ two-fold. We can create just about any custom size your request.
Product Options
We include your logo, amenities, floor plans, and photos of your community on every brochure. If you’re lacking anything, then we can redesign it or make it from scratch. We’ll even touch up your photos to fix cloudy days, yellow grass, and simple cosmetic repairs. We can recreate your floorplans in color 3D to add even more “wow” for your prospective resident.

Don’t Print More Than You Need
Over 20 years, we’ve seen many customers that have changed their content shortly after a large print run. Ordering as few as 250 brochures at a time lets’ you stay flexible, and it works better with your budget. If you are slow, then you simply don’t need a lot of brochures. Instead, you can divert your budget from marketing to retention.
